Located in Sydney City's CBD suburb of Surry Hills, CrossFit Black offers flexible group and personal training, an open gym schedule and an in-house physical therapist. We specialise in the CrossFit training method of 'functional fitness' and 'general physical preparedness (GPP). Specialty classes include Olympic weightlifting, mobility (run by Balance Health & Performance), yoga and women-only (Pink) are included in weekly schedules. CrossFit Black also offers corporate group training on-site as well as in-house Physical Therapists via Balance Health & Performance.

CrossFit Black programs for all levels of fitness, from beginners and intermediates to the most experienced athletes and CrossFitters. All training can be scaled to the individual's abilities, taking into account pre-existing injuries and/or mobility issues.

Each CrossFit, yoga or mobility session runs over the course of 1 hour or 45 minutes for lunchtime sessions. Sessions are focused on the WOD (workout of the day) as well as strength/skill training. The philosophy of CrossFit training is constantly varied functional movements at high-intensity. Every day's session will be different, to avoid the disadvantages of adaptation.

All CrossFit Black memberships include access to Level 2 Corporate Fight Gym classes (Corporate Fighter closed classes excluded), mobility and yoga classes. You can check out the Corporate Fight Gym timetable here

CrossFit Black, in partnership with Balance Health & Performance, now offer the following services from their private practice located on level 2 of Corporate Fitness Centre:
- Active Release Technique (ART)
- Dry Needling
- RockTaping
- CrossFit specific rehabilitation
- Chiropractic
- Injury Management
- Mobility Classes 9am every Saturday

All WODs and open gym sessions are overseen by our fully qualified CrossFit coaches to advise on correct form, technique and exercise efficiency. Classes are offered at multiple times of the day and structured for all fitness levels. All exercises are scaled to an individual's fitness level and ability.
